New to FPC?
What should I expect?
We know that visiting a new church can be intimidating. Is the dress casual? How do they worship? Will I be welcome?
At First Pentecostal Church, we understand the questions and feelings surrounding your first visit to a new place. We make every effort to make you feel welcome and right at home from the moment you first arrive and every time you return.
We invite you to drop in and see why First Pentecostal Church has become a favorite place to worship for so many people. Our contemporary music and friendly worship style offer an inviting place to settle in and be refreshed. We hope to meet you soon!
FPC has weekly services for the whole family. Services include uplifting contemporary worship and insightful Bible teaching. During each Sunday service, there are special programs geared especially to kids in nursery, preschool, and elementary and middle school.
Our Sunday AM Worship begins at 11:00am. At 6:00 join us for Sunday evening worship. On Wednesdays at 7:30 we have activities for the whole family—Adult Bible Study and Kids Church. If you are new to FPC or prefer a small group study setting, you would enjoy our Discipleship Classes or perhaps a Personal Bible Study.
Our greeters and staff are here to help you and can answer any questions you may have.
WHAT TO WEAR
We hope you find a warm, welcoming atmosphere when you walk into First Pentecostal Church. You will see a wide variety of clothing styles—from suits to jeans, from dress shirts to t-shirts. Our main concern is not what you wear, but that you are comfortable in what you wear so you may feel free to enter into worship with us.
TITHES AND OFFERINGS
Financial offerings are contributed by those who consider First Pentecostal Church their regular place of worship. You are not expected to give unless you choose to do so. Donation envelopes are available at the front door if you wish to receive a tax receipt for your donation.
